INN

1. Cancellations: prior to 14 days = 100% refund; 14 days or less = no refund

Exceptions: Severe Weather (Hurricane) Deemed by the State of Maine = 50% refund

2. We are a “NO SMOKING” property

3. Due to our historical nature, the Inn is not handicapped accessible.

4. We do not allow pets of any kind, out of respect for our guests with allergies

5. Every space in the Inn has fire sprinklers and smoke/carbon monoxide alarms. Please do not

tamper with the sprinklers, smoke alarms, and pipes

6. Parties of any kind must be pre-approved by Innkeeper

7. Please be considerate of other guests and the property by observing our quiet hours from 9:00pm-9:00am

2. We do not allow pets of any kind inside the property buildings, however we do welcome pets to join you outside.

3. Please be considerate of other guests and the property by pickup after your dog and throw away any and all trash in the trash can
