Flying to Boston or Portland:

There are several ways to get to Freeport: 

• Rent-A-Car: Freeport is a 2-hour drive from Boston and 25-minute drive northeast from the Portland Jetport

• Bus Service:  There is regular bus service from the Boston to Portland and from Portland to Freeport.

• Train Service: The Amtrak Downeaster runs from Boston to Portland and Freeport.

The Orchard House is roughly 3/4 of a mile North from downtown Freeport on the left-hand side.

Driving North:

Take I-95N to I-295N. Take exit 24 and turn right on route 1. The Orchard House is roughly 1/4 of a mile on the right-hand side.

Driving South:

Take I-95S to I-295S. Take exit 22 and turn right on Mallet Drive. Turn left on route 1, at the traffic light in front of the Harraseeket Inn. The Orchard House is roughly 3/4 of a mile on the left-hand side.
